A Calming Stillness

On many a bleak day, how perfect it could be to catch sight of a bluebird.  The gently winding branches surround this feathered creature resting in stillness.  The background has variations of gray and the branches hold hints of neutral jewel tones.  The fine whisps of feathers are all fluffed out and we wonder the reason for this thoughtful gaze.
