Finding Beauty in the Midst of Ordinary

On many a day, one can become so consumed.  We are consumed with details and tasks.  The to-do lists are long and always late to the next thing...but there's beauty all around waiting to be enjoyed.  This piece is inspired by gorgeous blooms of hydrangeas that I saw while busily keeping up a hurried pace.  Hurrying to check off another item but wait, stop and enjoy a few moments of the pinks, blues, lavender, and yellow green.  Light and shadow playing throughout the blossoms.  I needed the little bit of beauty to restore my spirit before carrying on with my day.  May these bring you the very same.
