Like The Breeze Off Hay Harvest

Sunday afternoons in the summer months are perfect for afternoon drives.  Going for a drive means wandering down gravel roads and taking in the views.  Some of the best hours spent are driving to nowhere in particular.  An activity best remembered for bringing respite from the day-to-day mundane tasks.  The mind wanders and the eyes observe the lay of the land.  Here is a view seen on one such afternoon drive.  The landscape with gold and green and a hint of blue.  Just a little blue of the water in an irrigation canal.  The sky has a wonderful bloom effect that I love for its cloudlike shapes.
